Doc and TJ celebrated the accomplishments of the South Atlanta High School Hornets and Coach Michael Reddick for winning the GHSA AA Boys basketball Championship. As well as the Benjamin E. Mays High School Lady Raiders and Coach Chantay Frost for winning the GHSA 6A Girls basketball Championship. In other sports news they gave updates on both the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United.

Notables such as Spike Lee, and Kelly Rowland were born in Atlanta. Doc and TJ laughed hard about the twitter trending topic about #strandedbae.

Doc and TJ gave great commentary about The Little Women of Atlanta, Married To Medicine Atlanta and RHOA (Real Housewives of Atlanta).Finally, Doc and TJ talked about older couples in their 80’s being in the movie theater with them watching the movie 50 Shades Darker.

Additionally, Doc shared that the Falcons will pursue players who can strengthen their offensive and defensive lines. The Georgia High School Association state basketball tournaments are featuring some metro Atlanta area teams. Black history spotlight feature is on Xerona Clayton. Also, Noisey of Atlanta, Tweet by Usher, Lyrics by Peabo Bryson and Apple Music has added Prince to it’s music catalog.

Doc and Tisa discuss the Atlanta Falcons and their trip to Super Bowl 51. They also give their expected victory against the odds over the New England Patriots in Houston Texas on February 5, 2017. The city of Atlanta’s excitement was evidenced in the pep rallies held at city hall, Atlantic Station and the Hartsfield/Jackson airport. To top it off, the Honda Battle of The Bands. The event featured some of the greatest HBCU bands in the world hosted by V-103 radio personality Ryan Cameron.
